The Baileys have always been a close-knit family with deep roots in Roanoke, Virginia. Family, hard work, and helping others have always been a big part of who we are. That's exactly what inspired Teddy, Justin, and Josh to start Simple Renovations.

What began as a desire to build something of our own quickly became something bigger: an opportunity to connect with people, lend a helping hand, and make a positive impact throughout the Roanoke Valley and surrounding communities.

We're three homegrown fellas who believe in showing up, working hard, treating people right, and taking pride in what we do. Whether we're helping a homeowner clear out years of clutter, getting an apartment ready for its next tenant, or helping bring a property back to life, we approach every job with the same mindset: do good work, build genuine relationships, and leave things better than we found them.

And when we're not working? There's a good chance you'll find us turning wrenches, working on old hot rods, or enjoying anything with a little history and horsepower. Don't be surprised if we pull up to your next estimate in one of our antique rides!

We're building something we're proud of, right here in the community we call home.

We're Teddy, Justin, and Josh. We're the Baileys. We're here to make things simple.

Thank you for supporting a local family business. We look forward to meeting you!
